Today we kicked off operation hands across the desert. Also known as land area beautification. First is starts with everybody standing in a long line at double arm interval to sweep the sand. Then we all start walking and picking up trash. During this detail I hauled in some cigg butts, a broken cd player, empty water bottles, styrofoam container with old food in it, an empty chapstick, used bandaid, and an old ammo can. We are definately starting to clean things up around here. Now Im gonna chill until 0130 when the big game starts. Dominos is supposed to deliver some free pizza.

Greetings from St. Edward, Nebraska, where snow has covered our lawns and roads! Doesn't that make you wish you were here! Hope you enjoyed the Superbowl--who were you yelling for? Talked to Colleen, and she had it tuned in! Gary is out moving snow with the "Good Guys"! I'm at home actually working on a June graduation afghan for Amber. Glad to hear that your activities are remaining mild! Stay safe! Love, Judy

We finally got to read your messages. How interesting! We're waiting til we get an address to write to you. We have no computer, out on Mitchell's for Brittany's Birthday party.
Raining out - supposed to rain through Sunday. Better than snow.
You're not forgotten back here in the states. We're praying for you and all of our service men and women.
All here say hello and take care. We'll make that an order!
Love from Ed, Evelyn and All!!!!
